Our trampolines are warranted to be free from defect in material and workmanship under normal use and service during the 6 month warranty period. We will repair or replace, at our option, any part that is proved to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period. Warranty repairs and replacements will be made without charge for parts, labor not included. Shipping costs for replacement parts are not included.

This warranty does not extend to parts compromised by operator error, accident and/or misuse, corrosion or rust, normal wear, use in an application for which the product was not designed, unauthorized service, or any other misuse, neglect, incorporation or use of unsuitable attachments or parts.

Available Spare Parts:

jumping mat (stock item)     specify the size of your trampoline, how many springs/loops are attached to the mat
spring pad (stock item)          specify the size of your trampoline
springs (we keep 2 to 4 dozen of springs as normally customers just order one or 2 to be replaced)        specify the size of springs measured from both ends
safety net (stock item) and foam tube (comes as a set)          specify the diameter of your trampoline, how many poles (cheaper versions tend to have less poles) and total length of the pole

If you purchased your trampoline somewhere else, please make sure you can give us above specifications. This will allow us to confirm if our spare parts are suitable for your trampoline.
